Sangkap by celebrity chef, Raymar Reyes, is fast becoming a go to venue for Filipino food with a modern and more flavorful spin. Chef Raymar took a new approach in recreating classic Pinoy favorites from different regions in the country in one menu. The dishes he offers here give us a gateway to experiencing iconic dishes all over the Philippines.

Most of Sangkap’s tasty and affordable dishes come in group portions, with the best-selling Cebu Lechon Sinigang a favorite for its unique mango broth base and other spices. Another popular one is the Ivatan Kilawin, which has a blend of tanigue, shrimps, and squid mixed with rich coconut milk. Behind the Flavors

Sangkap by Chef Raymas Reyes is a business venture by The Menu Group (TMG). Established in 2015, TMG is a group of passionate young professionals dedicated to developing food ventures that feature creative concepts, and which cater to diverse markets. Since its formation, TMD has been behind another concept restaurant, Sobremesa by Chef Benjo Tuason, located at The Sapphire Bloc, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

In addition to these, The Menu Group is expanding its reach in the restaurant industry with its involvement in management and minor stakes in Ryu Ramen and Curry in Makati City. To capture a wider scope of the food and beverage industry, the group has also branched into the food court administration of Tower Cafe at Philamlife Tower, Makati City.
