You were a dream. Then a reality. Now a memory. It’s already been 3 long months, but I’m still going through all the photos I took when in Batanes. It’s difficult to put into words how I feel about this beautiful island in the Philippines that is also the northernmost and smallest province in the country. I can finally relate to all the stories people are telling after visiting the “Home of the Winds.”
Josiah’s Catering gets serious about business expansion, and it’s showing no signs of slowing down. Its subsidiary, Josiah’s Hospitality Management, is focused on hotels management and food and beverage operations for hotels and resorts. Through this, the company remains aggressive in growing its brand by venturing into its first F & B operations management.
Bodega Kitchen & Bar is the go-to dining and drinks stop at the heart of Salcedo Village. The sit-down restaurant can house 40-50 customers and its an ideal place for a more intimate and casual dining experience, featuring progressive Filipino cuisine and adventurous signature cocktails.
I am still asking myself, “Why now?” Why did I just learn about this restaurant now? Why not sooner? Why not as soon as it opened its doors circa 2016? It’s probably because I was busy with my life (all aspects of it) and I didn’t have the time to explore Poblacion itself or, perhaps, it was lacking good marketing that time. I don’t know! What I’m sure about is that Taperia Poblacion is one heck of a restaurant serving Filipino-Spanish dishes that brings heaven to you!
While a lot of countries all over the world are planning and maybe still adapting with technology, Japan just had it all figured out. They are way ahead and they are the exact definition of the “FUTURE.” I maybe exaggerating but, I was there, I saw it, I experienced it firsthand. It amazes me to think what else in this world of technology could they be cooking up, Artificial Intelligence perhaps? But seriously, who knows what’s next?
